Indirect Operational Improvement

Business Improvement Solutions (BIS) can also assist in improving operational efficiency indirectly by engaging and coaching a select group of management and staff to carry the torch to create an internal continuous improvement culture.​ In this approach, we will guide and educate the selected personnel group on the value, importance, and benefits of continuously striving for operational improvement. The program will provide the foundation, concept, path, and rewards for creating and maintaining a continuous improvement culture. The selected team will be the organization's champions, and our team will provide them with all the knowledge, tools, and skills needed to implement and sustain the organization's culture. Within this program, BIS will:

• Provide LEAN Training Tools to the Internal Improvement Team

• Coach the Internal Improvement Team to:

  • Conduct LEAN Training for Staff

  • Develop Project Documentation Tools

  • Facilitate Improvement Planning Sessions

  • Validate the Suitability of Improvement Projects

  • Develop Performance Measures

  • Guide the Implementation of Improvement Projects

  • Monitor and Report on Financial and Performance Outcomes

  • Create New Process Standards and Procedures

• Assist the Internal Improvement Team implementing the program and define the Project Management Framework required to sustain the program in the future.

• Support other related improvement efforts.
