Another option is to engage Business Improvement Solutions (BIS) to educate all staff members about the importance of effective business processes and the contribution every one of them makes to the overall success of the business. In this approach, we work individually with the different functional groups within the business to ensure they have all the relevant knowledge, resources, confidence, and opportunities they need to effectively migrate toward a business culture that encourages active and continuous awareness of how to improve any business process, no matter how small it might seem. Small changes can sometimes generate big results. In this program, BIS will conduct some or all of the following activities:

• Instruct LEAN training to all staff

• Provide project documentation tools

• Assist improvement project planning

• Set project milestones

• Identify relevant measures:

• Develop Measure Collection Methodology

• Conduct project check-in sessions

• Liaise communication between project teams and management

• Support implementation

• Monitor project outcomes

• Guide actions to standardize and sustain improvement results

• Coach presentation development for reporting

• Organize success celebration events
